It's Easter Lunch. We've had a sort of heatwave. But it's only April and the heatwave has gone again. So really, it definitely is a good idea to be drinking port. This is a light style nevertheless and - should the sun come out - would even lend itself to some gentle chilling and sipping in the garden. How often do you have Monday off after all?
