Our warehouse will be closed on Monday Bank Holiday - 6th May. All orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday will be despatched first thing on Tuesday morning. For orders placed prior to this, our courier will not be delivering on the bank holiday but will resume normal delivery services on the morning of Tuesday 7th May.
Most Standard Delivery parcels arrive within 2 working days
In the vast majority of cases your delivery will arrive 2 working days after you place the order. However some will take the full Standard time - arriving 3 working days after. Far flung or very rural destinations may take an extra day on top. If you place your order very early in the morning UK time, it may arrive the next day. See below for further details*
What if the parcel is for a particular day?
Although we are currently unable to offer timed deliveries, within the parameters described above we will do our utmost to help your parcel arrive as near as possible to any particular day. If you would like us to hold back on despatch, please enter this in the ‘special delivery information’ which you will find during the checkout process when you get to Shipping and Handling. Next day or same day delivery
Unfortunately we are not yet able to offer next day or same day delivery through Oddbins.com. However if we have a branch local to your required destination, we may be able to arrange a delivery for you depending on the order. Saturday deliveryTo benefit from Saturday delivery, orders must be placed by Thursday at the latest. Please note, orders over £100 will still be charged the full £12 rate for Saturday delivery.
Peace of mind... We track all parcels to completed delivery
We track every parcel twice daily to the point of completed delivery. So if you are sending from overseas and concerned about the delivery, please rest assured that it WILL reach your recipient. If we notice any irregularity or unfortunate incident such as breakage we will take immediate action to re-despatch the parcel. Should the delivery be repeatedly carded, we will contact the recipient to establish a suitable delivery time. Whilst occasionally parcels are delayed due to issues beyond our control should they be severely delayed we will contact you with an update.
